For your skiing holidays or to spend your summer vacations in Arc 1800, book this 2 room apartment with a South-West facing balcony view overlooking the mountains and the valley.
This 40 sq-m apartment is situated on the 6th floor of the residence Nova 3, residence with lift, and it can accomodate up to 6 guests.
The sleeping arrangements
In the living-room, you'll find 2 simple beds.
A bedroom with 2 single beds.
You will also find a sleeping area with a set of 2 bunk beds.
Please note that the higher beds are not suitable for children under 6 years old.
The open plan kitchen
Is fully equipped with an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine.
At your disposal, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.
The additionnal facilities
A TV in the living-room.
Others
Animals are allowed.
Possibility to rent a covered car park in the parking of the residence.
Bed linen is not included.

Residence at the heart of Arc 1800, close to the slopes departure.
THE RESIDENCE NOVA
It's located between the Villards' village and the Charvet's village, close to the residences Tournavelles and at the bottom of the ski departure where you'll can take the "Vagère" charlift or the "Villards" eggs.
The residence has a covered car park (additional charges) with an easy access by lift.
You'll find a stop bus at the bottom of the car park or the Villards' terminus at 200 meters.
The shuttles are free and they circulate every 20 minutes the winter and all the hours the summer.
You'll also find the ESF ski school at 20 meters, the nearest supermarket is at 100 meters in the Villards' village like bars and restaurants.
You'll reach the Tourism Office and the medical center about 7 minutes' walk.
